Application Requirements
We expect above-average exam results and a confident handling of the exam-relevant topics in civil law and civil procedure law. A high own demand on the quality of your work as well as the unconditional will to constantly improve should be a matter of course for you. Existing experience in copyright, data protection or competition law or relevant technical know-how or industry knowledge in the areas of media, SaaS, platforms, IoT or games is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

Job offer Trainee/Elective Station in IT Law in Munich
We are regularly looking for trainee lawyers (m/f/d) to strengthen their position in IT law.
Your tasks:
During your legal traineeship, you will be involved in the drafting of contracts in the areas of SaaS, IoT and data protection at our location at Rindermarkt 6 in Munich (near Marienplatz) in the area of IT law and independently process draft contracts. You will participate in the out-of-court or judicial resolution of disputes arising from failed IT projects and prepare pleadings for legal proceedings. You will also have the opportunity to work on an innovative legal tech project.
Our goal is that you get an insight into the legal work in IT law and that we can get to know each other during the traineeship. Since we are currently growing, further cooperation as a lawyer (m/f/d) is possible after the traineeship.
